Today I wanted to share a few items from Liverpool Los Angeles that I am loving! I only stumbled upon this brand about a year ago, and have been a huge fan ever since! Some of my very favourite wardrobe pieces have come from them. They have been kind enough to give me a promo code to share with you, my readers to use on their site!! You can enter SHANNON25 at checkout 🙂
Let me be clear, Summer in my favourite season. I know this time of year most people start getting excited for Fall. I am not one of these people… I will always take hot + sunny over cold + rainy! But Fall is inevitable and right around the corner, so I might as well have adorable clothing to face it head on with 😉 I have rounded up a handful of my favourite, more affordable pieces below. With the exception of the boots, everything is under $100. I bought these over the knee boots two years ago and they are still my favourite, definitely worth the investment!
We are finally having some beautiful Fall days where I live. So nice to have a break from all of the rain! I can ditch the boots and raincoats for a few days and finally start living in some of my favourite dresses. My go to outfit right now is a sweater dress and cute ankle boots. I have rounded up a bunch of fun and reasonably priced sweater dresses that I am loving right now!
There are SO many adorable boots for Fall right now. I had such hard time choosing just 10 for this post, but I managed! I kept my selection to more affordable options, all under $100.00 (with the exception of number four- the OTK boots from Goodnight Macaroon, but they ALWAYS have a 40% off sale happening which brings them to under $100!) Trends I am personally loving in footwear right now is obviously animal print: leopard, crocodile and snakeskin. I am also obsessed with all of the Western inspired booties. And of course studded. I always love embellished and studded boots. If you are looking for something fun this season, I’ve got you covered 😉
For the sake of full disclosure, I actually own 5 of these boots myself. And I can vouch that comfort is totally a priority for me! I would wear every single pair of these. And perhaps by the end of this Fall I just might… LOL! Happy shopping friends.
I am loving all of the colours and trends of Fall 2018. I previously blogged about my love of leopard and all things colour blocked. Today I have rounded up a bunch of my favourite Fall clothing and accessories all in the under $50 range!
Last week I started my segment on Pantone’s Fashion Colour Trend Report predictions for Fall 2018. I have discussed four colours so far: Red Pear and Valiant Poppy and Nebulas Blue and Ceylon Yellow. Today I will be sharing fashion finds for the next two predicted shades: Martini Olive and Russet Orange. These are probably my least two favourite of the colours only because they are the least flattering on my own personal skin tone… so selfish I know! LOL. They would of course be gorgeous on anyone with a darker complexion than my own.
At the end of last week I started my segment on Pantone’s Fashion Colour Trend Report predictions for Fall 2018. I touched on two beautiful colours: Red Pear and Valiant Poppy. Today I will be sharing my finds for the next two predicted shades: Nebulas Blue and Ceylon Yellow.
One of my very favourite posts from last year was the series I did on Pantone’s Fashion Colour Trend report for Fall. If you missed it, you can read about it here. Essentially, the Pantone Institute will predict their top 10 colours for fashion in the upcoming season, based on what is seen at New York Fashion Week. The Pantone Fashion Colour Trend Report is in my mind one of the best sources of inspiration for the upcoming season’s colour trends. Below are the gorgeous colours they have chosen for Fall 2018.
I actually love this particular palette of colours. I previously posted about my obsession of all things lavender, or in this case, Crocus Petal. Red Pear and Quetzal Green are definitely colours that are going to be dominant in my Fall lineup. I love their richness. I personally have a hard time wearing shades like Ceylon Yellow, Martini Olive and Russet Orange because of my skin tone, but I think they are still super fun and look forward to seeing them on others this season. Ultra Violet was actually Pantone’s Colour of the year which I previously blogged about here. Nebulas Blue and Limelight are both super pretty and I appreciate how vibrant they are! Overall I think the Pantone Institute has chosen a lovely selection of colours!
I have collected some articles of clothing and accessories in all of these colours if you are wanting to introduce any of them into your existing wardrobe for this Fall! I will be posting two of the colour trends per post throughout the next few weeks, so make sure you check back!
