A few Amazon Favourites

I cannot believe how much cute stuff I have been finding on Amazon lately! I think I will ty to do a monthly post rounding up all of my favourite finds. I have had a few people ask me about my experiences shopping on Amazon and honestly, about 90% have been great. I always read the reviews as far as quality and sizing and make a decision based off of those. Quite often it will give a ship date 3 or 4 weeks down the road but I usually receive everything within a couple weeks if not sooner 🙂

Shell necklace

There is so much cute shell jewelry out right now! This particular necklace was only $5 and is such a pretty one 🙂

Tank Dress

I love this dress so much, the material is so soft! I plan to pair it with ankle boots & a cardigan come Fall so the tI can continue to wear it 🙂 Costs only $18 + comes in 8 different colours!

Off the Shoulder Jumpsuit

Probably the most comfortable jumpsuit I own & so versatile. I dressed it down for a day at the beach with my kids and threw on some earrings & wedges for dinner out downtown! Oh and its $22 + free shipping!

Tie Waist Dress // Studded Sandals // Rattan Round Bag

This dress comes in 10 colours & is definitely a best seller! It will be super cute over leggings in the Winter too! Only $24

Sandals comes in 3 colours & are less then $20 (for those of us who can’t splurge on the real Rockstuds!)

This purse is pretty much my go to Spring + Summer bag

Patterned Kimono

I got so many DM’s when I posted this kimono- it is only $20 and comes in a few different colours. I also wear it as a bathing suit cover up

Square Sunglasses

Such a staple all Summer- also love the brown pair! Under $20!

Tassel Boho Dress

I thought this dress was just too fun! I got so many compliments the day I wore it out 🙂 Also comes is 16 different colours & is under $30!

Tie Dye Maxi

This dress comes in about 20 different prints & colours and is only $18. Such a staple!

Leopard Dress

Ok this is seriously the cutest little leopard dress! I sized up to a medium for length Under $30 & so many compliments on this one 🙂

Tassel Earrings

I own these earrings in 3 colours & wear them ALL THE TIME! Under $10!!!

Wrap Dress

This dress is even prettier in person, it is super vibrant! Also comes in a shorter version & cami dress style. I would recommend going up a size as the wrap is on the tighter size ( I am wearing a medium)

Button Down Dress

This is another dress that pops more in person. Such nice material. It is only $25 and free shipping! I just got the leopard version as well because it is so easy to wear.

My Rocksbox Jewelry Membership

I am a girl who LOVES her accessories. When I was younger my mom would always question if I left the house without earrings- like I was forgetting my pants or some other vital part of my clothing LOL! To this day I still don’t feel dressed without my jewelry. This is why I was so excited when Rocksbox reached out to see if I would like to try their service.

If you haven’t heard of this company before, Rocksbox is a jewelry membership service featuring top designers such as Kate Spade, Kendra Scott and Sophie Harper (just to name a few). You start by creating a Style Profile where you fill out your accessory preferences such as gold, silver, rose gold and particular trends you usually wear such as statement earrings, pendant necklaces, more delicate rings etc. You then create a Wishlist of jewelry that you like. A stylist selects 3 pieces at a time to send to you from your Wishlist. You can swap any or all of these selected pieces and give your final approval before they ship. You get to keep these 3 pieces as long as you wish or return and reorder as many times you want with your membership. The Rocksbox membership is a flat $21 a month and includes free shipping both ways. It is up to you how many different pieces you will be sporting in a month! Once you send your current box back, you can immediately select the pieces for your next box.

If you are someone like myself, I enjoy having beautiful and trendy jewelry. Rocksbox is the perfect way for me to stay accessorized without constantly spending a fortune to keep my accessories current and fresh. It is a super easy to use and affordable service. I have been receiving so many compliments on all of my jewels!

For my first month I selected my 3 pieces of jewelry all to be earrings as that is what I tend to accessorize with the most. I was really impressed that they were all in pristine condition. Each pair came bubble wrapped and their own little jewelry bag wrapped up in the cutest little box. If you end up falling in love with one of your pieces (or all of them!) you also have the option to purchase it. Just don’t included them when you ship the box back and you will simply be billed for the item. The great part about this is Rocksbox actually lets you apply your $21 monthly membership fee towards the purchase of your jewelry! I may or may not have been unable to part with the Wilde white beaded drop earrings below… 😉

My Gorgeous Wooden Watch

I love a good statement accessory as much as the next person! Something that I can wear in my day-to-day life that is practical, yet still eye-catching and attractive. This is why I was so excited when Jord watches (pronounced Yode) reached out to me to see if I would be interested in styling on of their gorgeous wooden watches.

Jord was kind enough to gift me a watch of my choosing. After much deliberation, I decided on a watch from the Frankie series Purpleheart & Plum. The Purpleheart wood has a naturally rich purple colour with a fine grain pattern. It is really soft on my wrist and so easy to wear. This watch is absolutely stunning and easily my favourite accessory right now. The craftsmanship and quality are very impressive and I love that their watches are a combination of natural, and mostly re-claimed materials. It is honestly unlike any timepiece I have seen before, so unique!

The Cutest Spring Bags Under $50!

I am so excited for Spring that I can hardly stand it!! By the time March rolls around I am officially done with Winter! I will always be a sunshine over snow girl. I have had my fill of cozy sweaters and cute booties.. I am ready for all the floral print dresses (stay tuned for a future post on my favourites…). In the meantime I have been perusing all of the fun purses that are starting to appear. I absolutely love the brightly coloured leather and am thrilled to see that straw and raffia bags are still going to be HUGE again this year!

Fabulous Fall Accessories!

As the saying goes, accessories are necessities! A beautiful accessory can literally make your entire outfit. I totally appreciate pieces like a simple black saddle bag or a classic plaid scarf, but during this season there is a ton of room for being as bold as you want to! Hats are huge for Fall 2017… and not just the cute felt floppy hats like we have seen the last couple years, but also baker boy hats (my new obsession!) chic berets, pom-pom toques, page boys, felt fedoras in every colour and embellished headbands. There are an abundance of fun Fall accessories to make a statement with. Tons of vibrant colours, patterns and various textures. I know it’s easy to stick to neutrals, but this year with your classic black coat why not try a pair of vibrant burgundy leather gloves or a leopard print scarf instead? I am also a huge believer in belts. They can often add a fun element to an understated outfit! You will be seeing a ton of oversized buckles and thick, corset style belts this Fall. Be bold and be confident with your accessories and you will be amazed at how many compliments you will get 🙂
